Garmin nüvi 50LM wins Auto Bild Golden Steering Wheel award 2013

New Delhi, 22nd March 2013: Garmin Corporation, a unit of Garmin Ltd., the global leader in satellite navigation, was today honoured with the prestigious Golden Steering Wheel Award 2013 by renowned automobile magazine AutoBild for Garmin nüvi 50LM GPS navigator in Best Advisor Product category.

The award was given at a gala ceremony at the Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Greater Noida. Garmin nüvi 50LM GPS navigator was selected for the Best Advisor Product for 2013 by a jury constituting personalities from various walks of life – auto enthusiasts, auto engineers, celebrities etc.

The Golden Steering Wheel award was instituted by the Axel Springer in 1976, the parent company of Auto Bild, and has been awarded annually since then. The awards are recognized in 32 countries and are considered to be the last word in auto awards.
