Temporary Freeze on Local Repair/Replacement (RMA)

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our services. Effective from June 19th to June 30th, 2023, we will be implementing a temporary freeze on Local Repair/Replacement (RMA) requests. This decision has been made as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our After Sales Service operations and provide you with an improved customer service experience starting from July 3rd, 2023.

During this transition phase, we kindly request all our esteemed customers to collect any pending or due items from our Service Centers before June 30th. This will ensure a seamless transition for both parties involved and help us serve you better in the future.
