You had planned to go for a run this morning, but you wake up this morning to a heavy downpour outside. Will you go ahead with your plan?
Go ahead with plan to run regardless of rain.
Switch to easy jogging in the rain instead of an intense workout.
Still need to perspire and burn some calories! Will run on the treadmill instead.
I wouldn't want to get sick in the rain, I will do core training indoors instead!
What is a morning jog? Can I eat it?

If you're running a road race tomorrow, what is your most important ritual today?
Make sure all my gear are set up and take a picture to share on social media!
Pre-race carb loading is top on the list!
Visualizing myself breaking my personal best, and celebrating at the finish line.
Reserve a tabe for the post-race celebration party, then finding out it's too late and all the tables are full.
"Accidentally" forgetting to set an alarm. What race?

What is your race strategy after they flag off the race?
Start off with a conservative pace, because I know the real challenge will start from 30km onwards.
Always follow behind the group and sprint to the front when photographers appear.
Head to the water stations with the most snacks before anyone else.
Stay photo-ready, get my photographer radar on. I want to be featured in as many race photos as possible!
Activate running mode on my Garmin smartwatch, then realising it's too late to find a position.

What will you do when you hit the wall during the race?
Keep holding on, my persistence will pay off after crossing the finish line.
Regret my decision to run fast in the beginning, but it's all too late.
Walk it out. Adjust my goal, happy to just be able to finish the race now.
Detour to the water station to get more snacks. Since I have no chance to break PB now, I can eat and drink more to earn the race fees back.
No issues, the next race will be better.

What will you do first after crossing the finish line?
One protein shake please! Recovery is the priority now.
Post gears and personal photos on social media to share your finish strong.
Tell myself this is the last one, but I know I'll just register for the next race soon.
The record doesn't matter at all. All I want is to have a big scrumptious meal now. I earned it.
Can't talk. Having a stomachache… probably from eating too much during the race.
